But for the past few months, there have been reports that he showed interest in playing the Joker in Robert Pattinson’s The Batman. As reported by WeGotThisCovered, Johnny Depp reached out to Marvel and showed interest in playing ‘Bounty Hunter’. Bounty Hunter is the villain who fights Ghost Rider. Along with that, the actor is keen to play Corsair – a starfaring hero and leader of Starjammers. Corsair is also the father of X-Men superheroes Cyclops and Havok and supervillain, Vulcan.
However, there is no confirmation on any of these speculations. But the portal mentioned that both the actor and MCU might work together in future.
