COVID-19 | India High Commission in Bangladesh starts registering Indians willing to return

In a notice on the official website of the High Commission, the Indian community members in Bangladesh have been told that only those people will be considered for return to India who register on the official link provided.

However, it clarified that flights to India are not resuming as of now and presently entry into India is not allowed. The notice said that people will be informed separately as and when the movement starts.

It also clarified that travel to India will be on payment basis. The notice said that when people are allowed to return to India, they may have to undergo home or institutional quarantine. It asked the Indian community in Dhaka to register at the earliest.
