The lockdown period has made everyone lazy and how. Most of us are hooked on to our phones and addicted to social media, which in fact is causing damage to our health. TV actress Urvashi Dholakia recently opened up about being diagnosed with ‘Tennis Elbow’ due to excessive usage of her phone.
Urvashi, who is currently hosting an interesting and light-hearted chat show on her Instagram, spoke about her phone addiction in a recent conversation with Spotboye. When asked about her daily phone usage during lockdown, the actress revealed, “Some days back, I got diagnosed with tennis elbow. Phone ko pakad pakadkar ye hogaya hai. Kyunki mera saara kaam isspar hota hai. For my show at times I edit myself, like most of the introductions you see, are edited by me.”
However, Urvashi said that she is not a very social media savvy person. She added, “I hardly open my Twitter account. I open Instagram when I have to upload something. And I only follow the people who are interesting enough. So, you can’t say that I am a social media savvy person. “

Further talking about handling the trolls and hate comments, the actress said, “I do read sometimes. But as my whole family is on my page, so anytime if I feel something wrong is being written, I delete those comments because my mother doesn’t like it. My sons don’t react much, but at times they also do. Look, trollers are jobless people, but we can’t be taking all their nonsense every time just because we are celebrities. That’s why, I give it back to them sometimes.”
Urvashi Dholakia, who is popularly known by her famous character Komolika, was last seen participating in the dance reality show Nach Baliye 9 with her ex-flame Anuj Sachdeva.
